Group booking Terms and Conditions 2019
Deposit and pre-payments
A 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. No booking can be reserved, nor is anything confirmed, until we have received this deposit payment.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 10 working days prior to your event date.
In the event these amounts are not paid by the dates specified, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We operate a zero-cancellation policy. Any deposit/pre-payment made to secure a booking is non-refundable.
Pre-paid Minimum Spend payments / Bar Tabs
Bookings are based on an agreed, pre-paid minimum spend. Should your final spend not reach the pre-paid amount, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
Should your final spend exceed the pre-paid minimum spend, the outstanding amount must be paid before you leave the venue on the date of your booking.
Even with a pre-paid bar tab, we require that a card be placed behind the bar when you arrive at the venue, to secure any excess spend by your group on the day. It is the responsibility of your event organiser (not London Shuffle Management or bar staff) to monitor the status of their tab.
All drinks must be purchased and consumed according to our licensing terms, on the day of your booking. We do not have an off-licence, so we cannot give the value of any minimum spend shortfall in products sold to take off the premises.
Pre-Ordered Food and Drinks
To pre-order food and drinks for your event, please advise us of your order 10 working days before your event date.
Changes to your pre-order should be made no later than 5 days prior to the event. We cannot guarantee we can change your order after these deadlines.
Please inform us of any allergens when you place the pre-order.
The outdoor terrace closes at 21:00 and the shutter between it and the indoor venue is closed at 22:00.
No drinks may be consumed on the terrace post 21:00.
Notes from Management
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue who is intoxicated or behaving in a manner which impacts on other members of the club. This may extend to the whole group should warnings be ignored.
For license reasons, under 18’s are only permitted to be in the venue up to 19:00 daily.
